New Life Recovery Coach
Victoria Laibson is the founder and Primary Consultant of New Life Recovery Coach, a family-centered recovery support agency based in Arizona since 2015. She is a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), Certified ARISE® Interventionist (CAI), and Certified Personal Recovery Assistant (PRA). With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families affected by addiction, trauma, and behavioral health challenges, she brings professional expertise, practical insight, and genuine compassion to her work.
With more than 25 years of personal recovery, Victoria offers a perspective informed by both professional training and lived experience. Her professional background includes 14 years as a licensed therapeutic treatment provider for youth and families, with extensive experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, family systems, counseling, and case management. She has also provided court-mandated counseling and education in substance abuse, domestic violence, and DUI programs, and collaborated with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support comprehensive, individualized care. Her expertise includes complex situations involving chronic relapse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and challenging family dynamics.
Victoria believes effective intervention goes beyond bringing a family together. It requires a thoughtful understanding of addiction, the unique dynamics within each family, and the resources needed to support meaningful, lasting change. Drawing from family systems, motivational, invitational, and trauma-informed approaches, she develops individualized intervention strategies that account for personal needs, treatment history, and family relationships. Her work emphasizes confidentiality, compassion, accountability, and collaboration with treatment providers and clinical professionals to support coordinated care and long-term recovery.
Where Compassion Meets Clear Direction
Guided by her belief that clarity and connection are essential to meaningful change, Victoria approaches each intervention with purpose, thoughtful preparation, and an intuitive understanding of the individuals and families she serves. She combines compassionate engagement with direct communication and strategic guidance, helping families navigate difficult circumstances, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence. Her goal is to help families replace uncertainty with understanding, fear with informed decisions, and crisis with a clear, compassionate path forward.
