Barrett Weir is a certified alcohol a drug counselor who has worked in the substance abuse and mental health field since 2003. He is passionate about helping those who are struggling. Barrett brings excitement for recovery and helping those who desire to make a life-altering change. His calming presence, patience, and compassionate spirit are an asset to de-escalate difficult situations.

Barrett’s background working with individuals, families, and other professionals to help those who are in crisis and newly in recovery is tremendously valuable to assess the best treatment placement and care management resourcing.

Barrett worked for many years in counseling and admissions at some of the most renowned treatment programs in the country and was the Admissions Director of a 97-bed facility with four programs. He has expertise in maintaining a concierge level of customer service, driving organizational performance, and creating effective systems.

Barrett is a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
