The Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS) is a network of interventionists located throughout the country and abroad. Members guide families and friends, business executives, and others through the intervention process whereby a person addicted to alcohol and/or other drugs and compulsive behaviors is encouraged to accept help. All full members are Board Registered Interventionists, thereby meeting or exceeding educational and performance standards.
All AIS members adhere to the AIS code of ethics. The code preserves compliance with legal and ethical standards, and safeguards AIS member’s clients.
AIS hosts two events annually. Members are invited to meet, share ideas and theories of practice, all while learning about industry news and standards.
The AIS Board of Directors oversees AIS and AIS members to ensure that the mission and code of ethics of AIS are represented in practice and process.
